Flavor Hospitality Group was founded in 2023 by local Austin restaurateur Cameron Lockley.
After taking on full ownership of Gusto Italian Kitchen + Wine Bar in 2019 (the restaurant opened in 2012), Lockley renovated and reinvigorated the concept. In 2021 he split off its bustling catering business as Flavor Co. Catering + Events (gusto means good flavor in Italian) to be a separate entity operating out of its own production and commissary kitchen.
In 2023 he opened Gràcia Mediterranean and Gina's on Congress. FHG concepts embody a culture that prioritizes both professionalism and the human touch – a combination that results in genuine hospitality.
Founded in 2012, Gusto Italian Kitchen + Wine Bar is located in the Rosedale area of midtown Austin. The neighborhood trattoria captures the warm, comforting, every-day flavors of Italian cuisine in its diverse menu. Dishes range from traditional Italian antipasti to hand-tossed pizzas, salads, fresh pasta, seasonal entrees, and scratch desserts made in-house.
Founded in 2023, Gràcia (Catalan for “grace”) is a Spanish inspired tapas restaurant and cocktail bar in the midtown Austin neighborhood of Rosedale. Gràcia is seafood forward with a seasonal menu of small plates to share. You’ll find wine-centric cuisine drawing on the flavors and cultures of countries throughout the Mediterranean including Spain, France, Italy, Greece, Morocco, and more.
Nested in the heart of downtown on Congress Avenue in a historic turn of the century building, Gina’s on Congress is a place where locals can feel like royalty and visitors become inspired. Paris meets Rome with fresh takes on classic bistro cuisine. Dishes are relatable with an emphasis on quality, simplicity, elevated depth of flavor, and presentation. Boutique estate wines, classic cocktails, and espresso drinks keep the bar bustling.
